The purpose of this website is to further assist with the promotion of local bands who otherwise would not have this opportunity.  Since this is a web radio station and functions similar to that of the common radio stations using airwaves, bands are able to be heard for free on this website from anywhere in the world and are able to do so through profits obtained from advertisers within the streams of the show being aired.
